Our Key Management Staff
Felix studied Sociology at the University of Ibadan with a Second Class Upper degree. He has been in Human Resources Practice and Consultancy since 1991 from graduation till date. He has worked at Middle/Senior Management levels in both multinational and indigenous organizations in Nigeria. Felix is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Mr. Tayo Oyewole studied Agriculture and Economics at the University of Ibadan and Lagos respectively. After his post graduate programme at the University of Lagos, he joined Konsultserve Management Consultants where he trained to become a Management Consultant in 1989 before moving over to the Banking Industry where he worked in various departments of the bank over a period of six years. He joined Michael Stevens Consulting in 1998 as a consultant in the Economic and Specialised Studies Department of the firm. He is currently a Senior Consultant responsible for the Financial And Investment Consulting Division of the firm
Mr. Nasiru has over 20 years of experience that span through government to private sectors of the economy. He was a former Director, Ministry of Economic Planning and Budgeting, Ondo State. He is currently an Associate Director of Michael Stevens Consulting with extensive experience.
Lovell graduated with a first degree in Business Administration. Later he acquired a master of business administration with specialty in HR & Management all in Ahmadu Bello University , Zaria . He is also an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He began his career in Banking with a First Generation Bank, practiced HR as a Manager in a Multinational Tobacco Company.
Amechi studied Political Science at the University of Lagos where he graduated, with a Second Class Upper Division Degree. He later obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and thereafter proceeded for an LLB degree at the same University. Amechi is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with well over 20 years experience, in manufacturing, construction, service industry and in the banking industry. He worked for First City Monument Bank Plc and Standard Trust Bank Plc amongst other major organisations in the Human Capital & Industrial Relations functions. Prior to his Banking experience, Amechi was a Personnel Manager in a manufacturing company. He is a Member of the Nigerian Industrial Relations Association and an Associate member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, as well as the Nigerian Institute of Management. Amechi has extensive experience in Management, Human Resources and Industrial Relations. He is a Senior Consultant and Group Head, Human Capital and Training in the firm. He is also a faculty member of the Ambrose Alli University (former Edo State University ) MBA Programme, Lagos Study Centre.
