FRANCIS OLUWOLE KUDAYAH, B.Sc., MBA
Managing Partner, Michael Stevens Consulting, and Chairman of MS Outsourcing Services – a fully owned subsidiary. Francis was Head of Human Capital, and Head of Research and Planning at First City Monument Bank Plc and a Senior Consultant and Head of Executive Search/Organisational Development at Ernst & Young International (A Multi-disciplinary International Consultancy Practice) based in Lagos. Prior to this, he was for five years, Head of Human Capital of a major quoted manufacturing company.
Francis was an important part of the team that negotiated the first collective agreement for the senior and junior staff of Ashland Oil Company and has managed major, complex multi-disciplinary consultation assignments.
DELE ONABAJO, B.Sc Petroleum Engineering, MSC, MBA, ACA
Dele had over 20 years experience in the consulting practice of Anderson Consulting, and was for five years, Assistant General Manager responsible for Human Resources Management at Chartered Bank Nigeria Plc. He's currently Managing Director of a gas distribution company in Nigeria.
MRS. GLORIA AKOKO, B.Sc MBA
Gloria Akoko holds a first degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She has had extensive experience in general administration, executive search & industrial relations, in the financial services industry and in management consulting.
Her area of core competence is the recruitment and selection of staff at middle to senior management levels, human capital management, and the design and management of training programmes. She is currently the Director responsible for our Outsourcing Company, with about 300 staff under its management.
MADIKE, ASHIKWEI EMMANUEL B.Sc., MILR, AIPM
Mr. Madike is currently a Senior Consultant with Michael Stevens Consulting. He has well over 15 years experience in Manufacturing, Banking, Bottling Company, Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations.
He has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Geography and a Master of Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) degree, both from University of Ibadan. In addition, he is an Associate member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (AIPM). He worked for 7-Up Bottling Company during which period he manned a depot effectively. Mr. Madike had a stint with Commerce Bank Plc as Banking Officer before proceeding to Executive Business Machines (EBM) as Head of Personnel and Administration until becoming a Senior Consultant with Michael Stevens Consulting, specializing in Human Capital and Training Consulting.
